China and India Pull Back From Himalayan Standoff

 NEW DELHI—India and China have began pulling back again some of their troops from a standoff in disputed border regions in the Himalayan mountains, pursuing recent talks involving senior navy leaders and diplomatic attempts to relaxed tensions, in accordance to an Indian protection official.
