The President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday promulgated the Insolvency and Individual bankruptcy Code (Modification) Ordinance, 2021. The Cabinet experienced accepted on 31st March 2021 the proposal to make amendments in the Insolvency and Individual bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code), by means of the Insolvency and Individual bankruptcy Code (Modification) Ordinance, 2021.
Meanwhile, the authorities right now accepted a manufacturing-linked incentive plan for air-conditioner and LED gentle sectors with an outlay of Rs 6,238 crore. The proposal was accepted in a Union Cabinet meeting, which was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Union Cabinet also gave nod to the manufacturing linked incentive (PLI) plan with an outlay of Rs 4,500 crore to increase ten,000 MW potential of integrated solar PV modules production vegetation.
