South Korea’s Playbook for Reopening: Don’t Use Cash, Sit Side by Side

SEOUL—After two months of intensive social distancing, South Korea is about to open up. And it has a rule for every little thing.

When assembly in an business, folks will dress in masks. At foods, diners will sit future to each and every other or in a zigzag pattern, not right throughout. Hotel rooms will be ventilated for 15 minutes soon after vacationers check out out. Readers at zoos and aquariums should stand 6 ft apart. Shouting and hugging will be discouraged at sporting gatherings. So will high-fives.
